Who We Are

The Health Professional Student Association (HPSA) is a non-profit 501(c)3 charitable corporation. Founded in 1983 in California, HPSA addresses national health disparities by promoting health care practice in underserved communities. We do this by partnering with aligned organizations, academic institutions, and Area Health Center Education (AHEC) programs across the United States. We also create and host multiple donor-supported online resources for students.

How do we use your information?

Long story short, we collect general data for basic website statistics. We ask for email addresses or phone numbers to complete account verification and to provide routine transactional messaging. We don’t sell or share data with other organizations.
